Affalliance Casinos Blacklisted
The similarities between the blacklisted Affactive affiliate program, their rogued casinos, and both entities start with “Aff”, is uncanny. Lets set aside those red-flags for a moment. Instead, focus on the Affalliance casinos. So what do we find? Practically identical T&C’s pertaining to withdrawals. Then pay dirt!
The term player class; devised and used by all Affactive casinos. This player class term is an FU clause, used to pay winning players a paltry $150 withdrawal per month. To add insult to injury, a withdrawal processing fee is also deducted. Are these two affiliate programs and, online casinos related? Regardless, DOCH would still Blacklist Affalliance Casinos. I’ve left the best for last. Previous management of the rogued Affactive, are now employed at Affilliance.
Blacklisted Affalliance Casinos
The following internet casinos should be avoided at all costs by gamblers. These clip-joints treat depositing players with contempt. In addition, casino affiliates should also avoid promoting these casinos. If they have no issue with devising, and using such blatantly rogue casino T&C’s; to pay players a measly $150 per month, then you can bet they’ll be out to steal from their affiliates too.

Tradition Casino Blackjack Odds Scam
In light of Tradition Casino being busted for changing their Blackjack pay-out from 3:2 to 1:1 odds, DOCH are placing them on immediate blacklisting and rogue casino status. We strongly urge both active players to cease playing at Tradition Casino, and new players do not sign-up to this rogue casino. In what I call nothing but a hoodwink to avoid the tarnished reputation of Tradition Casino, its name has now changed to Gibson Casino.
UPDATE – 22’nd March 2015
Tropica Casino; sister site to Gibson Casino for a few years now, has been using FU Clauses to garnish legitimate player winnings. I’d seen a few isolated complaints about this issue. However, you can’t always shoot-first and ask questions later. In cases such as this, you need to discard the ‘white noise’ and focus purely on facts. Ironically, the proof DOCH needed to blacklist Tropica came from having my own winnings voided.
FU Clauses Void Winnings at Tropica Casino
In a nut shell, I accepted a 300% bonus, claimed via the downloaded software. The bonus terms and conditions were listed within the claim page, of the software, which I studied. But the FU Clauses weren’t. Instead, they were listed some place in the “General Terms & Conditions” hyperlink back on the Tropica website. The bonus claim page T&C link reference, made no mention of additional bonus terms, found after the fact, (errr hidden) in the General T&C’s. So I deposited my AU$30 and accepted the Tropica 300% bonus.
As Lady Luck would have it or maybe it was poetic justice in the making, either way, I met the bonus wagering and finished with a tad over AUD$1,700. The maximum withdrawal was AU$450 (5x the bonus). With the AU$90 bonus being sticky, I played what I had down to AU$720. Besides, I was tired by then and it was time for bed. So I withdraw my winnings. Within a 30 minute window I received three (3) emails from Tropica support. Which I’ve since learned is not in-house but provided by Rival Gaming (aka Black Chip Ltd; aka Bonne Chance NV).
NB – It should be mentioned that the customer support services supplied by Rival Gaming, have a woefull and hidious track-record, dating back to 2006. However, the Tropica Casino Manager gave the impression on numerous public forums, all their casinos were privately operated, with their own support and were not Rival White Labels. Add in the Tradition Casino fiasco, and it seems telling the truth isn’t important for most White Label operators. If I’d have known Tropica was a white label, I wouldn’t have touched it with a barge pole!
These are the email messages received. Read the full Tropica Casino FU clauses article, along with factual proof.

Blanket Blacklisting of All Rival Casinos
Previously DOCH exempted privately owned and operated Rival powered casinos. However, it’s almost humanly impossible to decipher which are Rival White Labels and Private Branded Rival casinos. Hence the only practical solution DOCH has to protect gamblers from being essentially scammed, is placing a Blanket-Blacklisting on all casinos powered by Rival casino software. Albeit these are harsh conditions. However until DOCH can sort these Rival White Labels from those Privately Owned, this blanketed Blacklisting, stays in force.
